Carters Jewellers offers in-house appraisals for insurance purposes, proof of ownership for travelling purposes, clarification of inherited jewellery or for re-sale. We don't only believe that the declared value is the most important aspect of the appraisal but also a full description of the pieces design and components (metal & stones)  are key to establishing a precise evaluation. Generally all appraisals require re-evaluation every 2-5 years to keep values current in the changing market conditions.
